A MESSAGE FROM THE CO

To our BILLINGS families and friends,

One month ago, BILLINGS got underway in support of U.S. Fourth Fleet operations across the Caribbean. Since then, this crew has operated at an incredible pace — executing real-world missions, conducting counter drug operations, flying day and night missions, replenishing at sea, and strengthening partnerships throughout the region.

In just 31 days, this team has traveled over 6,100 nautical miles while conducting operations around the clock. They’ve done it professionally, safely, and with the kind of grit and resilience that defines our Navy.

But what makes this deployment special is not just the mission success.

It’s the people.

It’s Sailors helping each other through long nights. It’s laughter on the mess decks after hard days. It’s the friendships formed during watch rotations at 0200. It’s seeing Sailors grow more confident and capable every day underway.

And behind every Sailor aboard BILLINGS is a family supporting them from home.
